The Court placed State ex rel. Standen v. N. Ridgeville back on the regular docket and ordered respondent City of North Ridgeville to file a response to the complaint within 21 days.
The Court accepted State v. Holliman for review.
August 4, 2025
In Maurent v. Folley, the Court ordered appellant Warden Keith Folley to file a response, if he chooses, by 3 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 6, to appellee Felix Maurent’s motion to dispense with oral argument.
In Bowling v. Norman, the Court ordered the parties to show cause within seven days why this appeal should not be dismissed as moot.
