Magistrate Registration

Magistrates are required to complete an annual registration pursuant to Rule 19 of the Rules of Superintendence and Rule 4 of the Rules for the Government of the Judiciary.

If your appointment occurred after 12/31/17, please be advised that the administrative judge of your appointing court must notify the Office of Attorney Services of your appointment pursuant to Rules 4.01 and Rule 19 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, before you can annually register.
