In State ex rel. Matveeva v. Cuyahoga Cty. Common Pleas Court Clerk, the Court permitted the respondent to file a response, if it chooses, by 5 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 23, to the relator’s emergency motion for extension of time.
In State ex rel. Nealey v. Franklin Cty. Mun. Court, Hous. Div., the Court ordered the respondents to file a response, if they choose, by 8 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 23, to the relator’s emergency motion for immediate stay of the proceedings.
In State v. Kitto, the Court denied the appellant’s request for an immediate stay.
