State ex rel. M/I Homes of Cincinnati, L.L.C. v. Clermont Cty. Bd. of Elections
In State ex rel. Nelsonville v. Athens Cty. Bd. of Elections, the Court denied writs to order the Athens County Board of Elections to remove a slate of candidates for Nelsonville city government offices from the general election ballot.
In Tichavakunda v. Cuyahoga Cty. Court of Common Pleas, the Court ordered the relator to submit within 14 days a request to issue an additional summons at an alternative address or show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to perfect service on respondent Robert H. Williams.

In Paganini v. Cataract Eye Ctr. of Cleveland, the Court granted a stay of the partial execution of the judgment.
The Court accepted State v. Barton for review.
The Court declined to review State v. Jordan, with a written concurring opinion.
