The grant application period for the 2025-2026 school year is now closed. We are unable to accept any additional applications. Transportation grant recipients who will be receiving a grant for this current school year will be notified by mid-October.

NOTE: Transportation grants are awarded based on the percentage of students enrolled in the free and reduced lunch program as reported by the Ohio Department of Education. Schools are reimbursed after the field trip.

Tours

Free tours of the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center are open to the public during Court hours. Self-guided tours are available without an appointment.

Guided tours are available for groups of 5 or more. Guided tours must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance for adult groups and 4 weeks in advance for student groups.

To schedule a guided tour of the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center, email courttours@sc.ohio.gov.

The staff of Civic Education offers education programming and outreach efforts for visitors to the building and the public at large. These efforts include conducting tours of the building and the Visitor Education Center, coordinating the Off-Site Court program, working with international visitor groups, organizing special events, developing the Court’s art collection, and increasing the Court’s historical resources.
