In State ex rel. King-Malone v. Cuyahoga Cty. Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Div., the Court ordered the respondents to file a response by 9 a.m., Monday, Aug. 18, to the relator’s request for emergency writs of mandamus and prohibition (with a request for immediate stay of Aug. 21 hearing).

In Rover Pipeline, L.L.C. v. Harris, the Court affirmed a Board of Tax Appeals decision determining the taxable value of a portion of a natural gas pipeline that passes through Ohio to be $3.669 billion for the 2019 tax year.
