Procurement Opportunities
The Supreme Court of Ohio, Office of Information Technology, is seeking competitive proposals from experienced contractors for the implementation of a comprehensive contract management system and procurement process workflow. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for providing and implementing a software solution to improve processes in the creation, drafting, sharing, editing, executing, storing, and managing all existing and future legal contracts. The ideal solution will also either supplement or replace the Court’s current procurement workflow processes and have the ability to create and maintain a comprehensive routing and approval system based on the Court’s public procurement policies.

All questions in relation to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Brent Flanik, Procurement Administrator at: Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov no later than Dec. 8, 2025, by 12 p.m. EST. Oral inquiries and/or questions will not be accepted
Proposal Response Submission
Proposal responses to this RFP are to be received by the Court, via email, no later than Dec. 29, 2025, by 12 p.m. EST. All responses shall be sent directly to Brent Flanik, Procurement Administrator at: Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov. Proposals received after this date and time shall be considered late, and as a result, will not be considered for evaluation and award.
