Procurement Opportunities
The Supreme Court of Ohio, Office of Building Services, through this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”), is soliciting quotations for the procurement, delivery, and installation of five water pumps, as well as VFDs, and other supplemental equipment at the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center located at 65 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio. Quotation submissions shall include the water pumps, related equipment, installation services, and extended warranty with preventive maintenance.
Site Walkthrough
A site walkthrough will be held on Thursday, February 5 at 1:30 p.m. EST to provide attendees with the opportunity to view the interior of the Judicial Center and the area(s) in which this work will take place. Attendance is voluntary; however, written addenda may be issued if the Court deems it necessary, and any questions asked that are determined to material in nature will be recorded in writing and also published in a written addenda.
Questions and Clarifications Related to RFQ

Proposal Response Submission
Proposal responses to this RFQ are to be received by the Court, via email, no later than February 17, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. EST. All responses shall be sent directly to Brent Flanik, Procurement Administrator at: Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov. Proposals received after this date and time shall be considered late, and as a result, will not be considered for evaluation and award.
The Supreme Court of Ohio (“Court”), Office of Building Services, through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified vendors for exterior repairs and modifications to the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center (“Judicial Center”) located at 65 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio. Erected in 1931, the Judicial Center is home to approximately 300 staff and over 40,000 visitors annually.
Site Walkthrough
A pre-proposal conference and site walkthrough will be held on February 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST (weather dependent) to allow attendees the opportunity to discuss the requirements and objectives of the RFP, with a site walkthrough to be held immediately following the pre-proposal conference to allow attendees the opportunity to view the exterior of the Judicial Center. Attendance is voluntary; however, Vendors shall be required to comply with and shall be responsible for the information discussed, regardless of whether they attend. The Court will notissue minutes or notes from the pre-proposal conference; however, written addenda may be issued if the Court deems it necessary.
Email confirmation of your participation in both the pre-proposal conference and the site walkthrough shall be sent to Brent Flanik, Procurement Administrator at Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov no later than February 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST so the Court’s Security Desk may be notified of the number of guests attending before arrival on site.
NOTE: As a majority of the site walkthrough will be outdoors, the Court may postpone and reschedule the pre-proposal conference and site walkthrough if weather conditions or forecast make a walkthrough impractical and/or unsafe. Communication to all vendors will be sent at least 48 hours in advance in the event of any cancellation or re-schedule.
