Notification of Termination of Corporate Employment

If you are registered for corporate status under Gov. Bar R. VI, Sec. 3, you must notify the Registration and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Section when you no longer are employed full-time for a nongovernmental Ohio employer. You may use the Notification of Termination of Corporate Employment form to provide this required notice.
