The Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for a Facility Condition Assessment for the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center located at 65 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio, to assess the current physical condition of the Ohio Judicial Center, and identify maintenance needs, potential repairs, and long-term capital planning.

Proposal Response Submission

Proposal responses to this RFP must be received by the Court, via email, no later than Jan. 15, 2025 by 12 p.m. (EST). All responses shall be sent directly to Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov. Proposals received after this date and time shall be considered late, and as a result, will not be considered for evaluation and award.

Questions and Clarifications Related to RFP

All questions in relation to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov no later than Dec. 17, 2024 by 12 p.m. (EST). Oral inquiries and/or questions will not be accepted.

Pre-Proposal Conference & Site Walkthrough

A pre-proposal conference will be held Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024 at 1 p.m. to allow attendees the opportunity to discuss the requirements and objectives of the RFP.

A site walkthrough will be held immediately following the pre-proposal conference to allow attendees the opportunity to view the interior and exterior of the Ohio Judicial Center and its historic features which will be evaluated as part of the assessment.

Email confirmation of your participation in both the pre-proposal conference and site walkthrough shall be sent to Brent.Flanik@sc.ohio.gov no later than Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024 at 12 p.m. (EST) so the Court's Security Desk may be notified of the number of guests attending before arrival on site.

The Court is seeking competitive proposals for the purpose of securing a collaborative partner to provide quality on-demand telephonic interpretation services and supplemental resources for non-English persons participating in legal proceedings and ancillary services within an Ohio tribunal.
