Manual Order Form

To order a training manual, please complete the following information. We announce all courses on the Supreme Court of Ohio Adult Guardianship Education webpage. If courses are open to local guardians only, we will include a note in your course listing. Please submit orders at least 30 days in advance of the course date to allow for printing and shipping.

If the primary language of a guardian is a language besides English, including sign language, the Judicial College can provide alternative training options. For assistance, please email AdultGuardianEdu@sc.ohio.gov at least 30 days prior to your court's compliance deadline.
