Task Force to Examine the Ohio Bail System
The purpose of the task force is to examine Ohio's bail system under Crim.R. 46 and make recommendations that will ensure public safety and the accused's appearance at future court hearings, while protecting the presumption of innocence.
All meetings are held at the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
