Corrected Version of Judicial Firearms Notification Form Available
An error in a recently released judicial firearms notification form has been corrected, the Supreme Court of Ohio announced today. Form 10.04-A concerns the notice to be given before a conviction to defendants charged with a misdemeanor offense of violence against a family or household member.
A corrected version is available by accessing this link: http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/domviol. In addition, the corrected version will be mailed to municipal and county courts that are most likely to use this form. Please disregard the erroneous version the appeared in the Ohio Official Reports on Jan. 12. A corrected version will appear in the Ohio Official Reports on Feb. 16.
